The children come from eight local schools and attend after-school classes in the 'Playing For Success' room at Turf Moor, where they are bused to from school and then home afterwards.

They study different subjects such as IT, numeracy and literacy using football and other fun ways to learn whilst there are regular prizes and treats from the club too.

Each session of 'Playing For Success' lasts 10 weeks and the children who have been involved during that time all come together for the Celebration Evening with their family and the Playing For Success staff.
