They're Back!
The Burnley squad were back at work on Tuesday, returning from the summer break for the dreaded first day of pre-season training.

New signings Kevin McDonald, Christian Kalvenes and Martin Paterson
All the new summer signings, aside from keeper Diego Penny who will link up with the Clarets next week in the US, joined gaffer Owen Coyle and the rest of the squad as they were put through their paces.
Striker Martin Paterson joined up with his team-mates for the first time since his arrival from Scunthorpe and he was delighted with the spirit of the squad.
"Obviously pre-season is going to be tough. I didn't enjoy it but it's all about getting yourself fit. You can tell the lads have got a great team spirit already and I've really enjoyed my first day," admitted Paterson.
"I'm going to work hard, dig in and see how many goals I can get. Everyone here is focused on doing well and that can only be good for someone new like me coming in.
"There are no cliques here, we all get on well and I just want to be a part of it and get involved."
