The presentation was made today for the winner of the Nissan Micra which was raffled prior to the final match of the season on April 26th

The winning ticket was 07801 and pictured is the lucky ticket holder Dean Grice receiving the keys to the car from Burnley F.C. Business Operations Manager Chris Gibson and Dealer Principal of Chorley Nissan Burnley, Mr Nigel Hargreaves.

On receiving the car, Dean said he was delighted to have helped such a worthy cause and to win the car was a tremendous surprise.

The raffle was run in conjunction with the recent Burnley F.C. charity bike ride, which should hopefully raise over £25,000 to be split between youth development at the football club and Leukaemia research.

The car was kindly donated by four local companies, Chorley Nissan, Mad4boxes.co.uk, Nayler Print from Accrington and Adastra software. Thanks go to these companies for their assistance with the car raffle.
