Burnley Football Club hosted one of its nights to remember as supporters flocked to celebrate the 125th anniversary.

Over 500 Clarets' die-hards enjoyed a thrilling evening in the James Hargreaves Stand on Friday November 23, 2007 as legends from the past and guest speaker Graham Poll helped to make it such a memorable occasion.

Following a three-course dinner, interspersed with former players recalling their Turf Moor years, guests were treated to a special history video of the club's highs and lows.

VIP guest Jimmy McIlroy then enthralled the room with memories of the halcyon days in his inimitable style.

And to round off the evening, former FIFA referee Graham Poll was a star turn as he whizzed through an eventful and ultimately controversial career as the man in the middle.

Here is a gallery from the night, with special thanks to everyone who attended such a special night.
